3g) A first aid kit was seen to have peeling paint where rust was exposed. The cupboards were seen to be worn so the finish had worn off leaving exposed wood, no longer sealed to be easily cleaned and sanitized. 4e) The water temperature at the hand washing sink in the Deer bathroom tested at 122.5 degrees F.
